At The Cakeryy, we believe every celebration should come with a sweet and memorable experience from start to finish! Our goal is to make ordering your custom cakes and treats simple, exciting, and stress-free — giving you a service that keeps you coming back for every special occasion.

Booking with us is easy! To reserve your date, you can contact us directly through our website, send us a DM on Instagram, or reach out by email, text, or phone call. Once we’ve discussed your order details and finalized pricing, you can either pay your balance in full or secure your order with a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before your pickup or event date.

How can I place an order?

Do you deliver?

Yes, we do offer delivery for an additional fee! 🚗🎂
Please keep in mind that delivery pricing is based on the time frame, distance, and labor required to safely get your order to you fresh and on time. We also offer convenient pickup options, and you’re more than welcome to arrange an Uber or courier service for your order as well. Whatever works best for you, we’re here to make your sweet experience easy and stress-free! ✨

When is the best time to book my order?

To avoid disappointment, we highly recommend booking your order at least 3 weeks before your event date 🎂📅. This helps secure your spot on our calendar and gives us enough time to create something special just for you!

Need something last minute? Don’t worry — if we have availability, we’re happy to accept late orders as well. We always do our best to accommodate our sweet customers whenever possible! ✨

How do I officially book my order?

To secure your order date, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your total balance or full payment is required at the time of booking 🎂💳.

If you choose to make a deposit, the remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before your order date. Once your payment is received, your spot is officially reserved and we can begin creating your sweet treats with love and care! ✨

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can send your deposit or payment via Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay, PayPal, or Venmo — whichever is most convenient for you 😊

What if I need a refund?

Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule, 50% of your payment can be applied as a credit toward a future date as long as changes are made no more than 7 days before your order date.

Within 7 days of your order date, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be available. Any approved credit must be used within 30 days.
